For 3.4GHz, most E7200s don't need more than 1.25V. So I'd check the rest of your settings before cranking up the CPU voltage like that. Maybe more RAM or Northbridge voltage, or a looser tRD. 4GB of RAM generally needs more voltage to OC than 2GB, even two sticks.
Also be forewarned that the CM690 doesn't have a case speaker. So before you throw out your old case make sure you save the speaker. Cheap Cooler Master bastards.
Hmm... Cooler Bastards.
What load temps are you getting? If you don't have equally high load temps, the heat sensor on the CPU may not be showing the correct idle temps.
Edit: if anyone cares, the next version of Everest is going to have accurate Wolfdale temps. I like Everest because it also shows voltages and fan...
You could try tversity or some other media sharing app to make sure it's not an error with Media Player:

Did you check the IP address on the PS3? Is it on the same network as the PC? Can you ping the PS3?
Any soft material that dampens vibration/resonance works. I used eggcrate packing foam from a motherboard box*, taped on with duct tape. Soft foam mousepads would probably work too, I haven't tried that one yet. Another thing that helps break up fan motor noise slightly is putting dust filters...
"At the same time, Athlon X2 4800+ is apparently insufficient to reveal full potential of the HD 4850, the 6000+ processor will be most likely the best choice. That's probably the best news for those who want a powerful computer for games for a limited budget."
All this test proved is that...

Judging by the performance of PhysX on the GPU--even a budget GPU in SLI, Intel/AMD are going to have a rough time beating it with Havok on the CPU. Who wants to buy an expensive Nehalem...
There is enough heat dissipation in a typical home that a single 100-200W heat source is never going to raise the temperatures in the entire house, or even in an average-sized room. Just having your door open is enough to dissipate that much heat.
So now your assignment is to calculate how...
This is a well-known defect with the TRUE that Thermalright calls a "feature." These coolers consistently get better temps once they are flattened by hours of lapping.
Another thing you can try that isn't as difficult and time consuming is a pressure mod. You can put a penny between the clamp...
