Camera Sling Bag - Sam's Club $31 - YMMV

26 at ours. It's a definate copy/ripoff of the Lowepro SlingShot 100 or 200 AW, which I own. It's alittle sloppy compared to Lowepro, but perhaps alittle more volume. Maybe its a more direct copy of the AW 200 than the 100. It even has the clips to prevent the zippers being opened too...

Transcend 1GB Secure Digital Flash Media (80x)- $27.97

I've had a Transcend 1G 80x for about a year. On my PDAs and Cameras, it seems to be as fast or faster than their SD interface, so I dont see a need for 133-150x in my usage. (not to mention sporadic reports of timing problems with some devices and 133x+ cards). I just picked up another one...

Budget AGP upgrade. EVGA 6800 AGP 128M for $213 - $150 MIR

Little Rock store has 1 left.. the 2 tone box was 56 AR, the other style (I'll call it the green/black nvidia reference box, haha) is $87. Same model number, but the 2 tone box was a higher serial number and cheaper, so nabbed it (206-150mir). They actually had all the cards on clearance...

for FMS, try one of the $10 gamepads like this http://us.thrustmaster.com/products/d_prd.php?p=T39&fam=5 while throttle is going to have a spring that returns it to center, unlike a real RC TX, it gives you analog 'sticks' and really helps get the hang of things.

CompUSA Cost plus 7% Sat 11-19

best price to find a PDA right now is SamsClub. $399 for a 4705 or $369 for a 2755, out the door (if you have a biz card without the markup). Alot of stores are OOS, but I've found both instock within the last week. Not exactly on topic, just thought I'd drop that on ya.

Universal UPS Belkin 500VA

I bought one. All I can tell you is that my Antec 380 PSU (p4-3, ATI 9800, 2 HDs, 1 DVDR) was making this thing squeal like a pig. I was using Nero Recode and when my CPU hit 90%+ this thing would go into overload. It says 500Va, but its only about 275 watts (or something like that)...

the card I got from eCost is made in Japan. As a general rule, the Japanese made cards will trounce the Chinese made cards, and often are less suspectible to corruption. Using HD-Speed and a Sandisk 2.0 reader, I clocked this Kingston 256 at 6000 KB/s-8000 KB/s. Considering most lower end...
