Re-keying Locks

I just purchased a new home and re-keying was the first thing I did, however I hired a locksmith because I didn't trust myself to do it. Cost me about $200 total but I had a lot of locks and deadbolts (like 10-12 total) so I considered it an investment in peace of mind.

Don't have cable...want to stream the BCS Championship Game tonight

It said on watchespn.com that the game was going to be blacked out, but apparently it's working just fine.

Love my Note 2, but I got one issue...

That was it. I just needed a standalone photo editor and now when I go to edit the image, I have more options than just the paper artist. Also, the grayed and flipped image is apparently so you can write on the "back" of the photo. What a dumb concept in this day and age IMO.

Love my Note 2, but I got one issue...

I feel like a major noob with this phone and can't figure out when I take a picture or screenshot, then select the option "Draw On Image", the image grays out and inverts. Why can't I just draw on the image in its normal state? What the heck is that about? I can't for the life of me figure...

Well I wouldn't say I fall into the latter category, but definitly don't have an extreme amount of disposable income. I save, in invest, I do all the right things...and leasing just doesn't seem to fit.

I've never been a fan of leasing, but given my situation now, I may give it a go. For those who have had their lease come up and purchased the car, do you feel like the offer was fair? Secondly, is the offer negotiable? From what I've researched, it doesn't appear to be.
