Looking for a s771 + SLI mainboard

So there arnt any nvidia chipset based s771 boards out there? If there is then does somebody have a model number? I guess I either have a choice to sell my cpu or to buy a different mainboard to pop into my proliant to take this processor.

How do I tell a program to use a particular sound card?

Unfortunatly Vista/7 really isnt an option for me for what i do on my personal and work computers. Plus it isnt per process volume control that i am after, its per process ability to use certain cards. (at least thats what i think i want)

advice - 1gb 9600gt sli VS 1gb 9800gtx+ (single and sli) VS 55nm gtx 260

Im thinking that this may be the best bet. As for price, so far i havent found any 55nm GTX 260 c216s for under 260 shipped, and $20 rebate. I looked for about 15 minutes, am i missing something?

I actually banged my head on the corner of my monitor multiple times when attempting to view that exact same stuff in that link. Also some of the stuff didnt have 1gb, and with how vague that whole chart section on tom's was im really wanting to write it off as inaccurate. Oh, and the charts...

Alright, what im looking for is a respectable setup that performs well at high resolutions and high quality. I love AA when avail. 1600x1200 and 1920x1200 (when I get around to blowing up this 22' crt) Also after a year (or 3) I will be planning on throwing these cards into pcs for CUDA stuff...

Looking for server/workstation/network device monitoring software (with a twist)

TTT Nagios is a no-go... from getting it setup and stuff like that, ive noticed that the server queries the client, instead of the client checking into a server. The latter is pretty much the only way to go because of me managing multiple networks in different geographic locations.

Currently with N-able i would create a service template, and the odd ones (like the single core on a dual core template) would throw an issue, but all i would have to do is remove the service for the 2nd cpu and were good, dont have to recreate a template for it. however, another issue with...

Hmm, what is this "buying software" you guys are talking about? Does "working" at home merit using your employer's extra licenses for closed source software? (and him being perfectly okay with it.)

Abit AB9 Quad GT and Xeon???!

Meh... maybe I should stick this board in my main system and have my EVGA 680i mainboard as the server... Come to think about it I did manage to BSOD the abit by just sticking a drive in the drive cage and hitting the button... stuff like that shouldnt happen.
