I'm thinking about replacing my current router, a Linksys EA6900.* I have this along with a DD-WRT router as an access point to cover most of my home. I'm not happy at all with the EA6900.* Luckily, I got it cheap on CL, and now I see why.* I would go back to my ASUS RT-N16 (DD-WRT) router, but...

I was looking at the regular One Link. Nice that there is a pro option, but it is pricey... Lenovo has frequent deals, so maybe I can find something...

That looks like a decent deal... But the "OneLink" dock for it only has a single HDMI I'm starting to lean towards a laptop that has DisplayPort. Then I could hook up my main monitor to that, and then the rest to a simple USB dock. It would be more cables, but still relatively easy...

I really like a docking optinon... I'm not against wired... Is there any dock that will work with consumer laptops? I understand that USB docks are pretty crappy for games.

Celeron 887 to Kabini Athlon 5150 or 5350?

I got it set up last night... no case yet, so it is just out in the open... It's a beast. So much faster and more responsive than the Celeron system!

Went to Microcenter today... Bad idea... :-) Went with a 4340 since it's eligible for a combo discount. I think I will be happier in the long run. So now that I have the 4600 IGP, should I bother with the discrete graphics (AMD 6450 passive)?

Celeron 887 to Kabini Athlon 5150 or 5350?

My main concern is being able to record/watch up to the 4 tuners I have available. That is where the Celeron fails right now. Will the g3220 handle that? It is considerably cheaper than the i3... I also have a low profile, passive, 6450 profile so graphics may not be an issue... I think...

Quite a difference in price though... 2-3x the cost just for the CPU and Motherboard...
