enough power??

I wouldn't use that P/S, but in this review (http://www.hardocp.com/article.html?art=NjM3, they indicate that the minimum power requirement is a 300W P/S......so you may be alright. Just be sure you grab the AGP version of that card and not the PCI express.

please critique my "final" system

If light gaming is all that you plan on doing and cost is a factor, I'd consider reducing your vid card down to a 6800GT. That card can easily play the "older" games as you mentioned earlier.
