Question Hisense UG6 won't recognize as external display

So, kinda figured the issue out. Tried plugging the device into a laptop, worked just fine, tried it again with the original device and did not work. Tried with a different cable, was able to get it working. Original cable works with other devices, just not the one I was trying to use it on...

Question Hisense UG6 won't recognize as external display

Hello all! I just picked up a Hisense 50U6G TV to use as an additional display. Initially when I tried to use it, I set it up with a Display Port-HDMI cable, and Windows would only recognize it as a "Generic Non-PnP Monitor", and wouldn't do anything with it other than acknowledge its...

Windows recognizes HDMI connected monitors, but monitors only display "no signal" (Solved)

Resolved the problem, two issues, one of which was kinda stupid. The stupid one was not checking the monitor input, both were aet to DVI not HDMI, the other was downloading the newest drivers from nVidia and not through ASUS, it kicked into gear after that.

Windows recognizes HDMI connected monitors, but monitors only display "no signal" (Solved)

I did check the BIOS and didnt see any video related options aside from assigning how much RAM was allocated to the integrated video, nothing about changing or disabling display adaptors. Ill double check when I get off work however in case I missed something.

No smells in the power supply, I've tried stripping all components out and trying it basically bare, short of pulling the motherboard out of the case, still having the same issue. The fans appear to spin weakly, the power supply fan sometimes spins, sometimes does not.
