Its not a scam. I had already signed up before for something free. I just reactivated my account and did the survey and logged in and now it has scorepower for 0.00. Thanks I was REALLY needing this.

100 cdr Imation for $11.87 (2x50pk) @ OD (No MIR)

I have used Fuji Memorex Verbatim and Imation. I prefer Imation over all since no crap on their disc and very nice for writing on. I have never had a problem with Imation burning 400+ cds. This is a great deal I am on my way to get them now.

Some providers logged and even locked your connection to one MAC address. IE your computers NIC. Most ISPs today dont care but still track how many MAC's connect to your connection. So in his case he might need the cloning. I know the DLink wireless router has this option so I imagine the MS...
