I have the BT dinovo w/ RF MX1000, My dinovo keyboard just died. The BT on it at least, and so they're sending me a brand new set. That's the only issue I've had with it so far. I love the combination so far that I've had it for 6 months now.
Well technically he could have when it left the dealer ship. It's a different break in method. You gotta drive it like you stole it for the first 20 miles. That is if the dealer ship didn't put that many miles on it before you got it too.
Technically you'd have to wait for after market to catchup with the car (since it's a brand new release) before any major mods. I think the most you could do get it tuned. (SAFC/UTEC, you know? high/low boost)
I RMA'd my Abit NF7S, w/o invoice so they charged me 25$. RMA was smooth. I don't believe I ever needed to email them about anything. There was just an RMA website/form I had to fill out and it gave me instructions after that was complete.
