Back when lead safety was in question, the guilty companies funded studies by acreddited institutions and notable scientists saying lead was safe. Turns out that scientists are people, too, and will find ways to support ideas that are popular or more likely to recieve more funding.
That statement was inaccurate. You do not know what the majority of conservatives believe or even do.
Are you willing to let a strong opinion warp your view of reality? If so, why do you think your viewpoint is worth sharing?

That is a sweeping negative generalization about a pretty diverse field of people.
Just about everyone believes in some sort of ideological or technical progression, and some sort of conservation of ideas or institutions.

I made a valid point. A large number of posters in this thread are hateful. While hate is not racism, it is irrational and unproductive.

I managed to find that there were two shorts. One was at the AC Adapter, and the other was at the battery adapter.
I removed and re-soldered the sockets, and it works fine now.
Difficulty 3/5. No logic analyzer needed.
