Someone should tell that to nVidia's marketing people:

I hope they come to their senses and include a directshow h264 codec in PureVideo.
Q-Fan is pretty simple, you set a target temperature and when the CPU goes above that the fan spins at full speed. It's just that the lowest setting is 51C (at least on my A8N-SLI) which is a little high for my taste. So I use Speedfan instead and it works great.
Yes it supports X2, here it is on MSI global site:

It also has the new SB450 southbridge which hopefully should perform better than the questionable SB400.
First of all, S-Video doesn't support HDTV. And from what I've seen the Gigabyte board has a breakout box with both S-Video and Component connections.

Don't hold your breath. All the s754 boards I've collected here are of the 6100/410 flavor, thus no DVI or Firewire. I think that was to be expected, since s754 is now a pure budget solution.
The second slot will work as a normal 1x slot when you're not using SLI (at least if you have the version with the selector card), so you should be fine. And yes, it will fit.
Uhmm, why would he do that for a sound card?
Definitely not. Mine shows 30C but the chip must be much warmer than that, my NB47J is hot to the touch.
For the CPU (3000+ @ 2200MHz) I get ~30 idle and ~39 load, stock cooler.
