Does this motherboard support SATA II Hard drives, like Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 If you set it to SATA 1 mode with jumpers or smth?

Okay my stuff just arrived... I have been wondering why cpuz indicates my mem freq 148?... should i set mem speed DDR400 or auto? I got mushkin blueline DDR400. Is there any prog to increase fsb in windows? its so frustating to boot always when you want to change it! What kind of Superpi 1M...

Angelo i would deffinetly flash the bios due to major improvments in your system you would be a fool not to . My board came with a 1.60 bios and i still updated to 1.90. On an ambient day of 24 c my cpu runs at 41c idle and that is with the cpu Overcloacked to 2321.77 . My specs are Asrock...
