Try this in bios PCIE Downstream Pipeline [Auto] should be set to Disabled ..might help !

UPDATE Previously before altering my bios settings i had run Orthos GO-SP2004 on both CPU's at the same time for over 5 hrs with no errors , but after using the NEW memory settings one cpu test failed within 15 mins so reset back to default 3-3-3-8 & it seems stable again for well 1 hour...

As i have similar specs as you homonculus i decides to try your bios settings had done some already , anyway to the point it hung at windows boot up screen so just altered a couple of things till it booted ok all's well now running at 300fsb seems cool infact pretty much as it was at default...
