I have 2 partitions on my SSD and I want to delete the D drive and move everything to system C drive, however I don't have any means of doing a backup.
(I will call a D drive partition 2 and system C drive partition 1)

I have some new info:
I checked all the browsers again and the screech appeared in every one of them. Yes, even on Edge and Chrome, so I think that pretty much means browser is not a problem.
I reversed audio channels today so right channel would play in left ear cup and left channel would play...
I actually have my headphones plugged to motherboard's audio port, I've tried the front audio port and the high-pitched screech appear even there so that doesn't seem to be the case.
