Bump for whoever needs a new system. You can frequently find very good system deals at Dell in the $400 price range, but it seems to me that the $350 pre-loaded system deals at Dell only happen once every 8 to 12 weeks.

BUMP BUMP BUMP I already have a 21" CRT that I love and I have no need for a new monitor. That said, I couldn't pass it up. Crap, there goes $400 (after tax) for a great deal that I don't need. I'm going to go broke saving money.

I agree ... that's why I prefer restaurants where the cooking is done out in the open. It may not be that different in reality, but at least it makes me feel better to know that they know that I know what they're doing. But dirty kitchens are one thing ... what really drives me crazy is sticky...

I saw a commercial on TV saying IHOP (at least the ones in the DC metro area) will be giving away a free stack of pancakes tomorrow from 7 to 2. I don't know abut IHOPs in other areas, but it's worth a call.

In general, I agree with hapahole. The vast majority of supplements are a complete waste of money. The only thing I use -- and I recommend highly -- are the drink mixes like Myoplex. They're an easy and cheap way to get protein, nutrients and some carbs. Obviously, the best option is to...
