I've done that with a lot of programs. I'll usually block them when they try to connect to the internet and then forget to manually check for updates. Really wish there was a program that could go through all your installed programs and let you know which can be updated.
Yeah, don't think it's...
Don't think it's possible. Have you tried tweaking the AutoCorrect settings in Word? The only other option would be try and add a custom dictionary but I'm not sure where you would find one similar to Google.
Here's another one for Teamviewer. It used to be that it was not backwards compatible with older versions which was a headache since you couldn't connect to older version to update them. However, I've heard that the latest version has corrected that particular bug, though I have yet to try it.
I recently built my first computer and included two new 160gb hard drives in it. While setting up windows it gave me the option which hard drive I wanted to install windows to. I couldn't tell which one was the master (I didn't recognize the numbers of either of them) so I picked the first one...
This is my first build and I'm learning everything for the first time so bear with me.
I've been following a "Build Your Own Computer" guide from PC Gamer and so far *knock on wood* everything's been going good. I got to the last step which says before you install Windows to set your boot...
Got a slight problem. There's only four inches or so between the master and and slave connectors, not enough to reach from one HD to the optical bay. Do I need to get a longer cable?

So should I set up the two hard drives on one channel (master/slave) and the optical drive on the other channel? Or a HD and optical on one channel and the other HD on the second channel?
Sorry if this question has been asked already but I couldn't find anything through search and since this is my first build, I want to get it right.
I want to install two HD's (ATA) and one optical drive. What would be the best way to go about doing this? I know "channels" have something to do...
