Monitor does not turn on

I finished building my new rig, and everything works fine, except that when I turn on the computer, the monitor does not turn on. I cannot even manually turn on the monitor. The damn thing just wouldn't turn on. However, when I hook up the same monitor with my old computer, it works...

Gigabyte P45 mobo with G.Skill RAM

Good to hear. I think my RAM requires 1.9 V, and they're 4-4-4-12. So I'll adjust the setting in BIOS accordingly. Thanks again.

If the memory works with the mobo at the default auto voltage setting, why should I tweak it?

I have heard some people from the Gigabyte tech support forum that when 2x2GB dual-channel memory is used, you have to manually tweak the voltage setting for the memory. Is that true? Have you experienced problem with this mobo-memory combo? Thanks in advance.

The only difference between those is the cache size, correct? LOL, I already own it. My co-workers bought it for me when I got married. This way, I can blast my shotgun and throw grenades in my games when my wife's sleeping. Thanks for the recommendations.
