Is there a way to boot / mess with someone on my network?

Mac filtering will secure your wireless network for about... 10 minutes if not less. Sorry mate but the best way is to use WPA. There is a reason that exists after all as opposed to just MAC filtering.

Windows XP desktop wont load

Multiple line outs

Is it possible to take advantage of the multiple line outs on the SB Audigy. Supossidly it has 3 total. 1x standard line out 1x for sub/center 1x for other. However I can only use the standard one. What I am trying to accomplish is hook up my 36 Inch tv to my vid card and have it play...

Make sure APIC mode is enabled and not disabled. Which is located under the Advanced Bios Options

That is your problem right there. You need to enable ACPI in the bios... however by doing that you WILL NEED to reinstall Windows as a different kernel will be used.

I would say clean install of Windows should do the trick. I personally haven't seen any IRQ conflicts since the early days of Windows 2000, because then everything became ACPI and it basically took care of the problem. Make sure it says ACPI Uniprocessor PC under computer.

Will a Windows 2000 Pro upgrade CD format a new HD okay?

Works fine, during the GUI portion the setup (not the blue GUI but the actual 16 color GUI) it will ask for you to put in a Windows CD to verify that your upgrading.
