My take on Exam E Q12:
The answers are a bit misleading.
If we simply create a CNAME record for Web1 (option B), if a client in any domain searches for Web1, the DNS Resolver service will automatically append the primary DNS Suffix for that client, to the query.
Once this DNS query reaches the DNS Server, and if that DNS Server is authoritative, it will first search using the Local Zone data.
In the self paced MS Book, it is mentioned that GlobalNames feature can be helpful when the default DNS Suffix Search list for DNS clients would not enable users to connect quickly (or connect at all) to a resource by using a single-label name.
Option 1, is the closest however we need to create CNAME records after creating GlobalNames zone, and not Host A Records.
GlobalNames zone is surely the way to go to resolve this problem since we are dealing with multiple domains and the domains have further, sub-domains.

To make the server known to other servers outside the new delegated zone, two resource recores are necessary. one is the name server (NS) resource record and the other is host (A or AAAA) resource record. See example in help for DNS (Example:Delegating a subdomain to a new Zone)

I completed a 12 week MCITP instructor lead course this week. We met on Tues and Thurs from 6:00 to 10:00. With the course lecture, course books and the BrainDump.70-642.v2012-07-25.by.Anonymous.314q.vce I acheived a score of 622. I failed.

Did my test this morning, this is 100% valid DUMP to be approved. My score was 871/1000, all 314 study questions, do the laboratories of the training kit 70-642. Another tip is to configure the Visual CertExam Manager to always display the questions and answers at random, so you will not be surprised when your actual exam.

Tomorrow when I get home I'll be posting news about my exam. I believe that there are different issues for each part of the world, all questions are valid when a large number of people validate DUMP such as this (Microsoft.BrainDump.70-642.v2012-07-25.by.Anonymous q.vce .314) what can happen is that new issues have on the day the examination is done, yet the number of new issues does not exceed 10 to 15 questions, or if the person has studied all the DUMP, researched and laboratories had to validate that the answers are really correct the DUMP surely get a satisfactory approval.

failed yesterday with 680 using anonymous 322q, there are many wrong answers in it., but passed today with 850 using this dump., thanks alot tho'

still valid in brazil, passed today with 760. don't be fooled by my low score, study this dump at least 3 times and you're done.

precious tip: if you don't have problem with english, make the exam in this language! i almost f*cked myself trying to know the equivalent names of the windows/options/tabs in portuguese (pt-br).

- 50 total questions
- 2 drag n drop questions
- 4 or 5 questions with a lot of (more than 4 alternatives radio button check) alternatives
- same questions, just the order of answers is changed
- can't remember about new questions

Studied this dump only and passed comfortably. Setting up test network at work helped some, but would have passed just as well with only this dump; the only one you need. Thanks to everyone who contributed!

Passed yesterday with score 850/1000. This dump is still valid in the UK. Just 5 or so new questions. I remember only one of them (not literally):

You have Windows Server 2008 R2. Your server just crashed. You have a backup of the server in a .VHD file. You need to mount the .VHD file in another server. Which tool should you use to mount the file?

A. mount
B. mountvol
C. Disk Management
D: PS-something (sorry, don't remember)

Correct answer should be C. Disk Management. Seems like mountvol mounts only local drives, not the virtual.
