Passed this exam in Australia this week. This dump was valid for only half of the exam. The other half of the exam was all quite difficult "testlets".

Valid in US. Passed with 887 this morning. I studied for only 5 solid hours using this dump. As previously mentioned by others, the only differences are in the terms used between 2008 and 2008 R2 mostly being Terminal Services is now Remote Desktop Services. Also, all references to Windows Vista are now references to Windows 7. No surprise questions on my test. Could have aced the test if I had studied with this dump longer.

Don't just memorize question and answer, understand the question and understand the answer and you will do fine. So stop asking if it is valid in xyz country. It is, it just may be worded different.

I really can't remember all of them, you know, during the exam, I am really concentrating on the questions them selves .

But one of them that struck me was about how to publish application to be used in a web browser . the obvious answer was TS web access, the other ones were talking about GPOs . not remembering exactly the question.

the other questions were really simple to answer if you know the material, have worked with it, and have studied the MCITP self study guide. It took me less than half an hour to finish the entire exam. I think I only got 1 question wrong . 40 questions total .

Like Rapido says, the duration of the exam indicates whether there will be testlets or not. Mine says 04:00 so I'm expecting them in my exam. It's disappointing that MS only use them in some countries - it doesn't really put all MCPs on a level playing field.

Probably, there is no testlet if time duration of exam is approximately 2 hours. Today I received confirmation for the examination and the available time is 4 hours.

@8 years old girl. A faulty desktop usually affects a single user. A server fault will affect many users. Downtime of a critical system can have a huge financial impact in any company. Would you trust anyone with papers only to work on a business critical system?
You will have to prove yourself doing desktop support first before you can think about walking into a server admin job.

It sounds like some of you people deserve to fail. Don't ever rely on these questions as a means to pass an exam. Put the hours of study in with books & training videos, then use these questions to help you get in the right mind frame.

Anyone who just tries to memorise these answers is taking too much of a gamble!

Answer order were different, and some questions you can find within this dump but the answers you picked were not the same as the answers showing in this dump.

Each testlet is a small story about a company. You are getting 6 or 7 questions each testlet about what to do in a specific situatin whitin that company.

If you know how VMware works the Hyper-V questions are really easy. Fot the other answers think Microsoft. Think new products and refer to the earlier 40 questions.

I passed the exam today with a near perfect score ! I took it in french and had no teslets. Every questions was in DCIngo and Robyn dumps and was the same word by word (but translated of course).

Try doing it in another language if you can.

If it work for you, it'll help you to get certified, but don't forget to read the book. Don't just get the paper !

My impression is that those who failed have no idea what is it all about and are just collecting certificates (like collecting postal stamps). Especially I could saw this in Mid-east region where I worked for more than 3 years (sorry to generalize and to those who actually knew). Almost everyone had a big list of certs but their knowledge when asked on interview was miserable. So I would recommend to spend some time with technology .. or at least read the MS Press PDF and you shall pass. I'm using these certs to make my life easier however I've been working with the tech for more than 10 years and actually do know. My 2 cents ..

Guys, I just have to say this. You did not fail because of these dumps..you did not pass because you did not bother to try and understand the material. Passing these exams by memorizing the questions only proves that you have a good "short" term memory and really hurts those of us who actually take the time to learn the material. To be more precisely I made 962/1000. I think I did good guesses in doubt questions because I take some time to study. I agree with JD: about 50% of teslet questions appear similar to the dump questions just a little reworded.
To clarify my advice:
1) Study the MS press book.
2) Study the 200 questions of the self paced companion CD.
3) Do at least twice this dump.
4) Study additional content about Hyper-V and DFS.

Passed yesterday in the Netherlands 1000/1000 points. Study this guide and remember everything where you've read server 2008 it will be server 2008 R2 and Windows Vista will be Windows 7.. Testlets are also doable

Just took this test. As said before there was 40 questions AND 4 teslets for a total of 68 questions. Of the 40 questions there were approx. 10 new ones. I passed with a 925/1000. IMHO know the topics just uses these dumps as a guide and you will do fine.

Just took the test a few hours ago and got a 850/1000. The dump is right on point for the first 40 ques. The 4 testlet case studies wasn't too bad but it did ask questions about MED-V and App-V. But, if you read the teslet questions they appear similar to the dump questions just a little reworded so you should be able to answer some of them. I think if you can answer most of the 40 questions correctly you will still pass.

Hello MCperepepê, I totally agree with you. But I have more than 10 news questions out of this dump. I would guess you answered correctly 65/67 = 964/1000, and you have very good knowledge of testlets answers. Could you please tell us how to answer them correctly ? And ppl think I am a liar, because the testlets were counted on me.

If you are in the way to do this test, prepare your soul.
It will take at least 2 hours because of the testlets.
The dump is valid for the first 40 questions. I detected only 2 diferent questions. So, the first 40 questions are quickly answered with this dump.
The testlets (4 scenarios with 7 questions each) are new and you have to really pay attention on the scenarios. Don´t give up!
I got scared because some questions were about topics I really didn´t study like MED-V and App-V.
So, It´s good to study Hyper-V. I felt that 50% of the testlets questions were about new concepts and resources that are present only in the R2 Version of Windows 2008.
The other 50% testlets questions focus are easily answered if you study the Microsoft Press book MS.Press.MCITP.70-646.Self.Paced.Training.Kit.Windows.Server.Administration

Conclusion: this dump if valid except for the testlets. Passed in Brazil 964/1000.

I just cleared this exam today with a score of 812. You can still pass the exam as long as you understand why the answer was selected. This dump will help you answer the 40 items questions. For the testlets, you need to study the explanation. There are some dumps in pdf that shows the explanation. Study those and you will pass.

Testlets has an affect on your score, if you get 100 on 40 items, it goes slowly goes down as you answer the testlets.

failed from kuwait .. Only 10 questions from this dumps

Hi all, honestly I got failed this morning at Canada, I got 656 marks. The testlets counted on me, 27 questions, every session 24 mins, very very difficult for me, I don't know the scenario questions, a lot of VMM etc. And dumps are part of valid not all for my case, otherwise I will get 40/67 percentage. take care.

No true. MS has same the marking system. Students have same difficult exams, & testlets, my classmates almost got failed, but who were done the earlier tests, they had only 40 questions. Some students have tested after a week, they have testlets. I haven't tested yet.

beaucoup: 640's are much like the old exams (70-291 and so on) .. few new questions, ordering changed a bit however. I bet the vouchers and the scheduled&paid by card at Prometric are the same. I took upgrade from MCSA to MCST (basically 640 and 642 together) and Q were about the same. Would be weird if MS has different sets for "students" and hard working labors ;-)

How many people schedule tests using vouchers and how many register using a credit card or other method? I read on a Microsoft blog that those who use educational vouchers receive a "school" test, those who do not use educational vouchers receive the more difficult test. I have taken two exams with vouchers recently and both exams, (640, 642) were 40q's and no additional questions.

On end exam is 4 teslets 4x7 question ARE COUNTED TO FINAL SCORE!!!!!!!!

This dump is for 80% valid, there are some changed questions, and some answers are in a different order than in this dump.

The 4 testleds, which are 4x7 questions (27min per testled) are counted. Although it is not sure for how much they are counted. In the same examcenter people also did 646 exam, some passed with 812 other with 1000 score. So it look likes there is no clear conclusion how MS counts the testleds for this exam.
For everyone please learn the ms press book very well.

All questions are from these dumps but some have updated terminology and answers in different order.

Testlets DO COUNT toward final score. I know this because I know I nailed all 40 questions but still only scored 812.

If you answer all the questions correctly but bomb on the testlets, you MAY still pass the exam.

Personally anyone that learns the sequence of the answers off by heart doesn't deserve a single mark. Study and research the actual ANSWERS. Not A/B/C/D.

I took the Exam today with 850/1000 using the SUPERINGO&DANIEL 121q.vce Dump.

Points to Ponder :
1. Still Valid but some 6-7 Questions are not from this Dump.
2. Lots of interchanges with answer's positions compared to this Dump.
3. Windows Srv 2008 is mentioned as Windows Srv 2008 R2.
4. Windows Vista is mentioned as Windows 7.
5. Got 4 Testlets with 6-7 Questions on each Testlet.
6. Some Technical Terms are completely changed. Eg. Remote Services Server for Terminal Server.

Note w.r.t my Experience :
1. If you want to clear this paper, then DO NOT "By-Heart" all answers sequentially as per the Dump but apply your Mind & understand the Logic behind each Q&A discussed in the dump.
2. Really not able to predict whether Testlets are included in the score or not but the initial Exam Guidelines while taking my Exam indicated that there are 4 Testlets which will be included in the Final Score.
3. If you are thorough with the Logic behind each Q&A in the Dump, then you can answer the Testlet to some extent. But pay more attention on "Technical Requirement" part on each Testlet before answering it.

Probably because there's a vast pool of questions (or question papers) and some people are lucky enough to get the questions (or papers) that they learned from.

I personally study the 3 top rated and recent dumps after checking whether they're all the same or not.

It is very interesting that in every test some people are passing with high scores while others are freaking out over everything. Is it the test or is it the personality of the test taker? This is my third exam in the MCITP series and the pattern continues.
