I think it's not true
Collations reported in the error are reported from right to left.
This means that s.OrganizationName is in SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CS_AS and i.OrganizationName is in 'SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS'.
In this case casting collation to the same type will not do anything and query will fail
It doesn't matter if you cast to "less restrictive" collation or "most restrictive".
You should cast collation of one side of the operator to make both sides in equal collation
So in this case i think correct answer is COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS

Passed today (January 04, 2011) in Bangladesh with 1000/1000. All questions are from Vuyane's and RMA's dumps (Both dumps are identical, but RMA's dump has detailed answer explanation). Question and answer wording is a little different but easily understandable.

Valid in Kuwait today, only 2 new easy questions , by the way , I just downloaded it today , in 3 hours I understood the questions and I passed with 820 :) I didnt complete yet my study, but i forgot to reschedule it so I had to take it today by any mean.

I am proud to say that this dump is still 100% valid. I took the exam today here in SA at 10:30am-12/16/10. The duration of the exam is 2-3 hours according to some instructions but don't worry you can do it within a less amount of time. If you had practiced or mastered this dump more than once or twice and got a good score I assure you, you will pass. The questions and answers are somewhat alike but differ in some terms like different company name, db name, db table, user etc. So please be careful when answering.. I got 940/1000 not bad =P
