#5: You don't neccessarily have to choose only 2 tools, one for each problems. Each monitoring tool can only be used once, but for each problem you can choose multiple tools.
As for the first part I'm quite sure activity monitor, profiler and dynamic views are useless if the SQL service can't be started. But you surely can use windows application log and maybe SQL Server ERRORLOG.
For the second problem i think you can use activity monitor, profiler, and dynamic views.

r2d2, Q45 doesnt ask you to remove DevUser schema but it does mention that AppUser needs access to it. Also changing the schema will drop the permissions (i think) so you will need to grant AppUser access

Hoo - everything depends on what you really want to achieve(only paper, paper + knowledge). Memorizing 4 dumps from this web page was enough to pass the exam in my case(you did not have to see any sql server or had any experience) I could have said I was lucky but frankly speaking I spent approximately 3 - 4 months with preparation( as I wrote, reading the book, youtobe, blogs + much more time with sql management studio.) The sad thing is that without those dumps it would be extremely difficult to pass. I bought the Microsoft preparation kit with test's generator and the type and structure of the questions were very far from what I saw during the exam.Book is helpful but tests are different story.good luck ;)

1.Read some book about administration and maintenance (I used Microsoft training KIT)
2. Spend a bit of time on youtobe, slq blogs(sqlauthority is great)
3. Learn from the mcts-exam-70432 flashcard (but be careful there are some mistakes, so check it)
4. Did all 4 top dumps from the page but read more about the answers in the net.
5. @Amish you were so right, This dump is still valid ;)
6. Remeber -> learning only dumps is useless, imagine yourself in work, administrating the SQL server, searching through Google how to make backup when your boss is standing right behind you - priceless experience ;)

@was - which is why i also said a bit difficult to explain, the questions and answers are exactly the same as this test however you have to look for the correct ans, if you are just memorizing the answers you'll be able to ans only about 35 of the 45 questions the rest are turned around where the wording is re-phrased.

I used TrainSignal and for the Notes Apex SQL server 2008 Implementing and Mainenance of a 2008 server. Trainsignal was awesome!!!! if you can get ur hands on this it will really assist you with alot of the stuff.

@qc - it would make sense, but they good be testing to see if you studied or not and to overall test your knowledge, theres always a flip side to every coin. The way i look at it, the test is already on the system and thats just a formality to throw u off.

Today i have cleared 70-432 with 96.6%.. I have practiced the dumps given by Ashton, Bernard, Deniel and Neena.. and beleive me the exam was 100% exactly same given by these guys.. so go ahead.

i wanna know. in general ..the questions at this exam are the same in all countries? i mean microsoft gives at the exam the same questions in UK, Italy, France, Netherlands ..?
