hey guys just to confirm.. have been reading MS books as study prep. Now looking at this dump. Cert exam itself is 50-55 questions, and there are 290+ questions in this dump. assuming everyone is going over all questions in the dump and not just the 50-55? Thanks for the info.. first time using dump as study resource.

-You Select the >>Repair your computer<< Option

then the answer should be "D"
In binary dump you will find the same answer "D"

Just go in the menu Settings of the Visual CertExam and disable the "randomize questions" function

It is valid at HK. I'm passed the test at 11,Apr.

On the other hand, all of the dump might have wrong answer.
Don't just remember the dump's answer, need to think more.

You posted a correction for question #31, but that question has you only choose one choice not two. So you must be referring to a different question. FYI..I have random questions turned off in the settings. All of the other questions line up. Can you please check to see if it happens to be a different question? Thanks!

You can use the RepAdmin command with the /replicate parameter to immediately begin Active Directory replication. Because Active Directory-integrated zones rely on Active Directory replication, this will also replicate DNS updates.

If they were talking about verifying that the appropriate records to ensure proper replication can occur between DCs and/or SRV record registrations I'd agree that dnslint would be the tool.

However since it's talking more about verifying records (assuming they're of they're of the type A or CNAME since there is no specific references to SRV records etc), I'd agree with Spider that it's more a matter of a simple replication verification between domain controllers.

Yes, I have a doubt on this too. I opted for repadmin because they are talking about AD zones and you need to check the repl to ALL domains. dnslint is good to check single replication.though, it can be used for this purpose too.

Your network contains an Active Directory-integrated zone. All DNS servers that host the zone are domain controllers. You add multiple DNS records to the zone. You need to ensure that the records are replicated to all DNS servers. Which tool should you use?

B:Ldp
C:Nslookup

I made a mistake about one CA question, another one about backup (i was sure in dump was wrong.but was correct :P), and a last one about AD configuration that i have no clue which was the wrong one. Scored 940. Think for the next exam i'll just try to use MeasureUp test engine.they are not dump and harder than MS exam. Was "too easy" knowing the questions, even if I know all I need about administering AD in a real world.

Hi guys, I passed this exam today with some serious study and a little help from all on here.

One thing though...my exam print out says I've taken exam 073-640, and not 070-640.

I'm really worried now that MS won't count this exam towards my MCITP EA...does anyone know ?

I questioned the guy in the testing centre and he just said it was fine.

Anybody know for sure ?

Remember, use this dump wisely. It's pointless to get a cert just studying the answers. Know what you are doing!
To be honest I used it just for the CA questions. It's impossible to go in deep and know everything of PKI infrastructures without experiencing it on the field.

Congrats for spotting this mistake! Actually is not an error, because you can use the wbadmin too to restore. But in the case yes, next step is answer A.

@Nissaninyo Go into the settings for Visual CertExam Manager and turn off random questions. Now the questions should stay true to the order.

the test questions are not in the same place every time, so i don't know which answers you fixed (31,39)

And yes, it contains all the questions already covered in the OLD scrooge dump (with all answers CORRECTED and CHECKED on technet, see the old scrooge dump comments if you don't believe it).
Also get the SerJuan and my dump with 264q, they contains some questions they are NOT is Scrooge's dump. I wanted to do a merged dump but I don't see people motivated or interested in having a complete AND corrected dump.

Thanks spider - and yep, I agree with your comments on the other thread regarding people only using dumps...they'll get caught out in the end I guess (i hope :)).
