The question regarding 3 actions for restoring from a severe failure and a "data center": I don't think answer "B" can be right, as storing Window passwords would mean possibly having to know individual users' Windows passwords, which is not credible.

Oh and in case there's these two (2) clue words "SQL Server Profiler" and "System monitor" in one answer, that is stronger than "data collector"

extended events > SQL server profiler+System monitor > data collector > dynamic manegment views

There's even sort of a hierarchy of clue words in answers so in any given combination you only have to find the one strongest and that's your right answer. The rule applies to some 30-40 % of answers. Others are easy enough to remember.

from strongest to weakest they go like this:

peer to peer > fail over > resource governor > snapshot

extended events > data collector > dynamic manegment views

symmetric key encryption > transparent data encryption

performance counters > resource governor (except when clue word "deadlocks" in a question) in that case "query activity" is sthe strongestž

So whenever you have answers that contains one of these or multiple clue words you only find the strongest from these strings and you get the right answer.

But this is not a rule. Two friends have proof before my first attempt and his test was 100% equal to this dump. That's why I recommend to study, not just memorize the answers.

Well, I was studying for more than 6 months and not passed on the first try. Then, I saw my weaknesses and I returned to study, and then I made the second attempt and passed. I felt more prepared now.

In the Saint VCE some question are repeated but the answer are different. Like question 5 and 69. The right answers are:

it's tricky, because in the question it says 'during the restoration, a backup data center should not be required in a different location'. Is storing the media offsite considered a backup data center in a different location? technically it's not cuz offsite storage isn't a data center. And Answer A has nothing to do with backups. B. has nothing to do with the backup up dbs but is important that you have those in case the server itself crashes. So I vote for B,D,E but could be C,D,E. either way I don't think A is right. I wonder if you get 1/3 wrong do they count the whole question against you or do they give partial credit?
