About half the questions were new today in Canada. Still passed 900/1000 but wasn't sure I would

passed today in Aus from Prometric testing centre..dump is still somewhat valid. 60-70% from this dump still used in current exam questions, but the rest are new questions. Alot of focus on server core commands, net sh and route address.

For studying:
1) 16 years experience in the field from WFWG over Netware to Win2k8R2
2) First, I would watch CBTNuggets, Testout, Trainsignal => Nuggets and Testout had the best IPv6 and VLSM subnetting material. Trainsignal's addon course sucked for that. I did not watch all of them, no time! Instead I picked and chose. Already very strong on DNS, DHCP, RAS, permissions because of experience.
3) Then, I would read MS Press 70-642 and generate my own questions and answers on which I would quiz myself.
4) Transcenders -> excellent explanations, especially for subnetting IPv6. I'll probably retire by the time I have to actually do that in production, har har.
5) MeasureUp tests -> came with the MS Press book. Why not? The more the merrier.
6) This dump as "insurance".

How often do the exams get changed out of curiosity? I am sitting mine in London in Feb, a friend sat the exam in Northern Ireland today and said the dump was still relevant.

question says about the command that will display the "current usage" of CPU and disks. but msinfo32 does not show the current usages. if you have ever used the command you should have noticed that. only perfmon /report shows the current usage of those hardware resources. just check it again and see

Passed yesterday, Jan 8th in Canada. 930/1000 (intentionally answered 3 questions wrong). Dumps are valid. @fiesta: there's no content difference of any kind between 70- and 72- exams. 72- exams are the discounted exams that microsoft offers for students in microsoft learning academies. 72- exams are around 40% cheaper than the 70- exams. if you are a student in one of their institutes then only you can get this offer. and again there is no content difference between them. yes, you can continue for your MCITP. don't worry.

Don't try to get 1000/1000. I know someone get de-certified by Microsoft few months ago. MS don't give a detail in the e-mail notice. Just told the individual he was cheating in the exam. and de-certified him.

i would suggets to get the CBT nuggets they are very good, and aspects all the things need for know for the exam,at least for me i know what it does and where i can find it.i also work a lot with 2003 server so i dont think i need to know more as windows 2008 is in some way easier to configure than 2003
