5-8 new questions, most needed categories were transport (most) and client access.

I answered maybe 1 or 2 questions differently from this dump as i studied those on technet and 1 or 2 i maybe didn't answer correctly.

There was a question with drag and drop steps to mount recoevery database, use eseutil and restore a single user mailbox. Also one question regarding site links, question was which wan connection would be the most traffic on in an exhibit with site and costs of each site.

Please we need to update this dump

Passed today with an 828. Used files from DamZ, Anonymous, satchmo and Mo. There were a few new questions but overall most of the questions and case studies were on these files.

This dump is still fairly valid. Took the test today and passed with 7xx. Saw maybe 6-8 new questions. Definitely some wrong answers in here, though.

From my point of view between New-MailboxRestoreRequest and Set-Mailbox is New-MailboxRestoreRequest is the better like is in this site.

Took exam yesterday and narrowly failed. I'm estimate wrong answers at about a 35-40% clip for this dump unfortunately.

As we all know though, Microsoft has their own opinions on some answers which we do not agree with.

Training with this file and TrainSignal Vids , should be able to pass the exam ?

A lot of new questions and I think that also a lot of questions included in this file are wrong.

I agree with Ocean about the message rate limit question. That' show I answered it today.

Several new questions, maybe 4 or 5. The discussion here is great, but I also recommend running through the technet library as much as possible. This test has very tricky wording on several questions. A couple words here or there and the answer changes.

Definitely understand the difference in scenarios around recovery. Lots of similarity between using a lagged database for mailbox restore and dialtone portability. The select and arrange question I got today had two almost identical selections for creating the dialtone. The right answer involves paying attention to the name of the DB in the question.

Also, I almost got tripped up on a CPU throttling question involving transport on multi-tenant servers. Know when to use the appropriate policies: throttling policy, workload policy, and resource policy.

the New-MailboxRestoreRequest is used to recover a (i.e. 1) mailbox (not database) in a scenario where a user needs to recover a mailbox, I don't beleive it is for database recovery (although obviously could be used in that way, it would just be a noddy way of doingn it)
so I agree that set-mailbox is correct if you are asked to recover an entire database - all in this link

The question regarding Set-Mailbox versus New-MailboxRestoreRequest is referencing Database Portability. Look it up on Technet and you'll understand what they're asking more clearly. It's a short procedure and very straight forward when you understand that the Set-Mailbox cmdlet is just updating a pointer in AD.

Forum views are all from 70-341. Mostly my satchmo and mo series but a few maybe from Anonymous. Just copied them over.

right - looking at the Fabrikam Q9 again - if I get this in the exam I will put the EX5 once in each box, no other answer satisfies the requirement that SPAM must be evaluated before it gets to the internal network - my assumption will be that the CAS server (EX5) has the maibox role installed and replaces the EDGE in the perimeter network

Hi satchmo, yes - so the key is the need to replay the logs to a specified time

However, the q still has me confused - it states a lagged time of 14 days, yet the email is only 10 days old, so would not be in the "lagged" database copy - aha as I type this, I think i appreciate where eseutil comes into play, so yes agree eseutil would be needed for greater control of the Log replay

Initially I could not prove that Anonymous' s original answer (B) was wrong .Also are they talking about exchange servers sitting behind the CAS servers and what is the default gateway of the CAS server as opposed to the default gateway of the exchange server itself.
So I have changed my answer to A. Which means that anonymous's original answer is wrong.

You have to read all of Anonymous's comments in order to understand how and why I put together this vce, especially Anon's last comment. 40% new questions. No comments since Aug 20.
I put together this vce and uploaded it for public comment and for review. Of the 7 corrected answers I provided , 4 of them have support from the 70-341 forum and it appears from Tijs0289 from Netherlands that more answers from Anonymous's work are wrong.

You can use the New-MailboxRestoreRequest cmdlet to extract data from an Recovery Database but I found it harder to associate the Set-Mailbox command to the recovery of emails as in this scenario.
Possibly -AllowRestore parameter

Given the amount of failures with this vce I can only recommend that you do not use this vce to pass this exam. This forum is in need of another vce or you could go back to Anonymous.

Reading through the comments here I wonder if people do actually spend at least some hours studying the material for the exam or they just memorize a bunch of question hoping in the lucky shot-

A suggestion from someone who already passed both exam, STUDY the material is just there download the syllabus and read on the net (technet, blogs etc.), LAB IT OUT I work as Exchange architect and yet maintain a full Exchange lab to test stuff from time to time, once you've gone through this download the vce and get an idea of which questions you will get.

Unsure about an answer? Lab it out and you will be confident to have the right answer, stop memorizing questions blindly without even knowing what the vce is talking about, that is useless!

@Satchmo nice review work here, have doubts about some questions but I'll write another comment for that.

Satchmo - failed this exam a few days ago with 680 scored. Just wondering why Anonymous's answers were changed if the majority were high score passes around the time that VCE was released? seems like new questions have been added recently but not sure why the old ones would have changed? Not knocking what you have done at all but just trying to get a clearer idea of what has happening with this exam and whether there will be another update?

One question. On one of the ?'s, about what to do to restore all mailboxes if a DB Fails. Can you quickly explain how that would be done using Set-mailbox instead of new-mailboxrestorerequest?
