There are a couple of questions with sql select statements which I find the answer dubious:

"SELECT VALUE q FROM ExternalOrdersEntities.InboundQueues AS q WHERE q.OrderNum = @orderNum"

OR

"SELECT * FROM ExternalOrdersEntities.InboundQueues WHERE OrderNum = @orderNum"

The answer given in the dump is the first one but I think the second one is more accurate?

Memorizing is a bad as well as dangerous practice.
As new questions are introduced from time to time and as I mentioned earlier the order of questions and options are randomized in exam, you cannot answer effectively without understanding the question.

If you do not subject matter and pass exam just by memorizing, what you will do in real life development?

Microsoft usually adds new questions occasionally.
Also questions and options in exams are randomized.
Do not memorize answers.
As mentioned earlier one should not rely totally on dumps and must study the concepts well using exam guidelines.

It is valid. I took the upgrade today and got a 900 score.
There were some new Questions.
One of them was:
How could you merge two Assemblies with strong names.

Usually upgrade exams are based on combination of original exams.

Wait & watch until someone who takes exam for 70-492 and comments.
