The dump is valid, including those few questions (SSO, .) mentioned in comments. There was one more question regarding GridView, in which method you can change query string: PreRender, DataBinding, DataBound, Init (I think).

could not write the exam because prometric was having issues loading the test.has any of u had the same issue

About the "day to day search history" question I thing that the answer is SqlServer, but it seems the right answer is cookies. May be someone her can explain way.

This is a good dump, I got 957 marks. Only 8-9 questions were new out of 55 which are given by vicnity.

There Is Not Any Official Book from Microsoft regarding this Exam.
In this exam is the collection of previous exams 70-536 & 70-562.
Check the books provided for those exam to have an Idea what is going on.

passed yesterday. all questions in section data and services I answered correctly. even so security principles, so the definite correct answers for those questions are:

SSO question with custom membershipprovider is forms
best way to store passwords: encrypt with sha1 and random salt
enable sso servers in same farm: forms authentication and machinekey

others:

day to day search history. question states that it should hold the data for now till tomorrow. Answer is definitely cookies

I had next version of SSO question, multiple choice with two answers. I had to enable form SSO on the asp .net servers in the same domain. What to do. Answer was . same Encrytion key in machine config for all website, using of form authentication.

One more thing: All questions have possibilities rearanged, so it's important learn whole answers not only if you have to check a, b or c.

I agree with Konstantin from Russia. All questions from this dump were in my exam + 6 new. All Konstantin's questions - I checked same possibilities, and I didn't seen it before. If you read all comments to this exam I'll find all questions in the exam. I passed exam with 828/1000 points on the first attempt. Thank you all.
Unfortunately there is no ordinary book regarding to this exam. I used .NET Framework programming 3.5 (Author: Dino Esposito).

Exam was ok. All questions in this preparation material (and in the comments) were asked on the exam.

This dump is valid (not all 105 answers, but if you know 100% of them, it will be enough to pass). I passed yesterday with 828/1000 (unfortunately, it was my second attempt). But there were 8 new questions (actually, i remember only a couple of them):
1). This question was about SSO (Tom, you are right, but there was a small difference with your statements). You have ASP.NET with SSO, but users don't like it and they are against using SSO. What kind of authentification should you configure within your web.config instead of SSO?
1 - Windows
2 - Forms
3 - Passport
4 - . smth else
I think "Forms" is right.
2). You have to save user's passwords in SQL Server database. What is the best way to realise it:
1 - use 3DEC encryption and save it to database
2 - use RC2 encryption and save it to database
3 - generate a random salt, hash it with SHA1 and save it to database
4 - use an already known salt, hash it with SHA256 and save it to database
I think "use randow salt and hash it with SHA1" is right
3). You use Linq2SQL, but your DataContext performance is not outstandind. If you don't care about Optimistic Concurency, how to improve it (2 answers)?
You should check "Disable ObjectTrackingEnabled" and "Use CompiledQuery".
I think, that answer "Set UpdateCheck to UpdateCheck.Never" is also right, but we don't care of Optimistic Concurrency.
4). = 4. from Tom's comments (i think, that "SQL Server" answer is right for storing a day to day search history)

@ Bob , i dont see myself an smart ass and say that others are stupid , all i'm just saying you have to be aware in the exam and read the questions , not only choose between the answers without reading the question , also i didn't say or claim that dump are useless thing , huge fact is Microsoft courses and books are not enough to pass , also dump is not only enough to pass ( if it's changed ) you have study and do you part then study the dump also .
be in between and maintain this . anyway as i said before this dump answers are right as it's all belong to the very old dump since 2008 , the only possible thing that questions are little changed and tricky , anyway Good luck for all

Why all of you think that answers in this Dump not right ????
Look if you checked the very old dump since 2008 , you will find same questions and same answers , and alot of people got 1000/1000 , means both questions and answers are very ok , but the thing here is that May be Microsoft make different scenario in the questions while it's the same choices , means guys whom only looking for the answers without reading the questions , will sure fail , about the new questions , of course at any exam in the world there will be some new questions from 5 - 7 , if you are smart enough sure you will pass ;)

Hi, It seems that the questions are from this dump but the answers given in the dump are misleading. Can anyone who already passed the exam upload a new dump with correct answers?
At least can you guys tell which questions have wrong answers then we can go through the study materials for the right answers.

55 Qs - 45 from this dump (which is exacly the same as Cathy) - 10 new - 785 Points. Enough to pass.

There are more than 8 new questions in this, Today, I failed with 656 score, Please be 100% sure before selecting answer from this, some of them are wrong answers.

This is dump is fake , the uploader has changed all the correct answers. all questions came from this dump but answers were not correct. dont study this..

barley passed with 742 although 6-8 new questions only and was memorizing the questions so well,we were 20 person,degrees vary between 650-850 depending on questions the more new questions the more degree you get,it would be better for who download that exam to look for the answers by himself better

1. There was a question about SSO,
if you had a custom SSO authentication provider how should you configure your web application.
I think the answer was authentication mode = "forms" beacuse its a custom SSO provider

There was a question on where in the life cycle of a Custom WEB data control do you set data query parameters
choose databinding which is correct. Check the page life cycle on msdn it has a section about web controls
3. There was another question about improving performance of linq and sql queries if data concurrency is not needed.

how to save cart details when reopen browser?
HTTP cookies,Profile property,session, etc.
-web page call web service. If call times out how to successfully render page (select 2)
-LINQ to SQL querys are called frequently. no need to have concurrency validation of data. (what 2 things should u do)

I cant remember the answer options.how ever study these areas & u'll be able to identify the answer easily

Guys, good advice, if you want to sit down studying the dumps only, better you make sure you know it for 1000, because there are around 5 new questions. I have passed the exam today with 743/1000 that was not an easy exam. Good luck for who's trying during these days.

There are no new questions in this dump compared to Cathy's dump, some questions are repeated more times.
