@N: I see what you mean. I've just tried the code. Answer A doesn't even compile (you need to add .ToList() because there is no implicit conversion from IENumerable<Person> to List<Person>. But that problem exists in all the answers. Apparently (not mentioned on MSDN), Except behaves like Distinct, so answer A gives the correct result.
Answer C won't work because it will join @admin with @root and @admin with @secretUser. Those two will still be in the result.

Coz, it calls Distinct on the secret people list. It removes the duplicates in secretpeople list by that call. But the duplicates in the all people list will not be removed.

Regarding nested master problem, I also feel the answer should be master.master.

@N: Question 18, answer A is the one using .Except. Why do you think it contains duplicates? First it builds List<Person> secretPeople containing all Persons in allPeople who's UserId is in the string[] secretUsers. Then it returns allPeople.Except(secretPeople). Sounds fine to me.

Answer "E" does not fulfill the requirement of being able to test locally as it would be using the Production connection string during your local testing. Answer "C" allows for testing locally and using the Production database on deployment. The question is not clear, however, if "local testing" involves testing against Production databases, which is against best practices.

Exam A, Q146: The question is incomplete.

Exam A, Q161 is wrong. The answer says "AC" but it should be "BC" plus there are typos in answer C. The XPath in C should be "/inventory/vehicle[@instock='Yes']" because XPath matching is case sensitive. The answer has "car" instead of "vehicle" and "InStock" instead of "instock." Also, the reason why it's B instead of A is because you can't set the DataSource to XMLDataSource's ID or you'll get a parser error stating "The 'DataSource' property cannot be set declaratively."
