So ...The Tennessee Senate has passed a bill banning chemtrails, which, for those of you playing along at home, do not exist. Well, I guess the unicorn ban has been 100% successful, so there’s that.
A nice money-spinning opportunity for someone too; everyone can have peace of mind when my hollowed-out barcode scanners chemtrail detectors do not beep, confirming the absence of dangerous chemicals. Also ... I’d be willing to sell the Tennessee State Legislature my anti-chemtrail rock for $10,000.

Ok that's hilarious! I assume that these people know how stupid they are?No, the legislation says that the entity doing the emitting has to say that it is expressly intended to change climate or weather.
