I don't know how to word what I'm trying to do, so I can't find any help on Google. I'm not asking for help with the formula, as I'm sure it'll be more involved than a quick 1 line reply. I'm asking for someone to point me to a tutorial that breaks it down. I'll try to explain it simple. I'm making a drop down, that's easy enough. But I want the drop down to link to a different cell. I have around 50 items I want to be able to select from a drop down where the item will auto populate the price cell with the price. Here's an example of 1 thing.
A1 - 5lb bag of Pepperoni
B1 - $29.99
A2 - 10lb bag of Pepperoni
B2 - $54.99
Then in another sheet there's the drop down, and whatever they select will also update the adjacent cell. So since I'm dumb, I don't even know the right way to do this, but I'm assuming this would work, and I'm assuming it should be doable with some sort of formula. What the hell would this formula be called so I can Google it and figure it out?
