The thought of actually having a competent military with modern weapons, but facing such overwhelming zergy numbers that you're still forced to fall back just to reload, regroup, and resupply is insane. Like just rivers of violence and death for meters of gain, which will undoubtedly be retaken soon given the lack of supply line capacity for the enemy.
I believe it is the Russian artillery and aerial bombardment of Ukrainian defensive positions that is forcing them to fall back.
Far as "supply" capacity, Russia is 100% all-in for military and economic mobilization. China, India, et all are helping them with supplies.
As NATO is barely even trying at this point, Russia is still producing more than we are. Russia continues to have more artillery, more drones, more glide bombs, more missiles.
Unless they run out of manpower, Russia will continue to win through sheer force of numbers of both men and high explosives.
Our recent aid package may help Ukraine reach a million Russian casualties, but so far that is a number Russia is happy to accept.
We need to direct more resources into production. We must deliver to Ukraine enough bombs to strike every Russian.
Maybe only then, will the surviving Russians flee back to Russia. But until that day arrives, we need more explosives with their names on them.
