Shouldn't have access to more wealth-related things like houses? I guess, but that's how power has worked since before recorded history and it doesn't just go away, especially in a country where corruption is legal because legislators write laws that exempt certain people, or in other cases, just don't write laws against it.
I'm far more concerned about his having 1/9th the power of the entire Judicial Branch, personally.
No, shouldn't have access to under the table lines of income that pretty obviously give him a lifestyle above what his official duties compensate him for.
