Yes, according to his former best bud, former rival and now new best bud.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said he will act to ensure former President Trump does not lose his right to vote in Florida despite his felony conviction in New York.

If he IS incarcerated before the election, it is my understanding of the FL law that all fines, restitution and fees be completely paid in full to restore the coting rights of the convicted felon. Now the fee part I am not sure if that is FL only, because it is supposed to follow the law of the felon's State of conviction, so if NY does not require that part, I don't know.
If he is incarcerated during Nov 4th, he absolutely would not be eligible, due to NY law, from my understanding. (Not a Lawyer)
But this really has the propensity to be a voter fraud situation, perpetrated by the Gov of FL. They will then have their legitimate proof of voting fraud they are always parroting. IE convicted felons voting.
Everything I have heard on the matter, it really depends on sentencing. Mostly from a prior #2 Assistant DA from the SDNY or actual court that DJT was convicted in. Going to listen to the newest podcast before linking it. IDK if it has anything in it about the voting issue.
My question is; how much of this pro Trump rhetoric is coming from foreign trolls/government versus actual Americans?
2016 I believe was a majority foreign, but now it is mostly internal, due to the propaganda media networks.
