16% is fine except that lol AMD and low power — they will be waxxed still and for the area they threw at this and where they already are it’s pretty funny. Exist50 told me the IPC gains were a joke relative to the hype — he was right.
AMD hype is so funny. I remember when 4/5nm was going to put them on parity with the M1/2 with Phoenix (it still uses 3x the power for similar ST), low load/idle is mediocre still relative to what even MediaTek could do which is concerning. I remember when Qualcomm’s stuff was screwed and now they have the XPS, or when RDNA was going to take over phones (tbf RDNA is more redeemable than this), and then RDNA3 on Phoenix, and then OMG Zen 5 is the “real kicker” lol.
It’s fine I guess. But this should be the last straw for listening to these stock pumpers and schizophrenics and people with a jihad against Arm stuff.
