Don't get misled, the others don't give a shit about hallucinations. Google's CEO even said they're a good thing (not even joking he said that). Zuck gives even less of a shit, and most of the others have actively seeded mis/dis information into their models.
The entire industry feels like Musk, they just know enough to not publicly voice such thoughts, but many of them have deliberately sought out questionable input for their models with the intent to skew it.

JFC, as a manager at my company who has to take HR training and is thus acutely aware of ethical and lawful HR policy, every one of those encounters was literally an HR nightmare, many of which were straight up thinly veiled quid pro quo.

Obviously Tesla is worth the same amount before the extra shares are issued as it is after. So for those new shares to have any value value needs to transfer from the existing shares.
This would devalue the existing shares.
So voting for Elon to get the payout is a direct transfer of wealth from current shareholders to Musk? Its literally them withdrwing money from their savings and posting it to Elon.
So why would shareholders vote for that?
