Man I wish NYC was ultra-progressive. There would be public bathrooms, affordable housing, more green space, a bigger push for climate friendly policies, more mass transit, far better resources for those that are in poverty, additional investments in schooling, crackdowns on exploitative businesses, especially with real estate development/landlords, etc...

These people are permanently willfully ignorant and they just can't contribute anything positive to a decent and evolving country anymore.

I got very confused in the beginning when you were on the ferry, I couldn't recognize the skyline. Where is the massive wall surrounding Manhattan? Where are the machine gun nests and guard towers? I thought that anarchist hell hole was walled in 2019?

Figuring out which ride to plan next among the many choices. Thinking of a Coney Island ride this weekend, so it will be a lot of Brooklyn and this fantastic hole in the wall Uighur food joint in Brighton Beach. This time there will be a lot more editing, easier to hear any voice prompts, and a home recorded narration audio track for some parts, and some sights and at least one solid food destination, with some highlights of the food. So overall, much less boring lol but enough riding footage so you can see the hell-zone that NYC is.

The people are fine on the street.. the taxi drivers are crazy and either double parking at subway intersections or busy running red lights in order to get their next fare.

The mayor's lawyer resigns.

Oh it's so great to see Adams come down and especially police commissioners, Maga pieces of shit.

Did a ride from Brooklyn through Manhattan into Queens and then made it to a Biergarten in Queens. About a group of 60 riders, and a couple my friends went. What a fucking beautiful perfect weather day to be out. New York City was humming so many people were out, my God the beautiful women are innumerable.

Ended up getting home at 11:00 after stopping at another bar.

Very hell hole like.

I believe this brings the total to, at least, six entirely separate federal investigations currently against city officials. Even if Adams makes it to Election Day without being arrested by the Feds (unlikely I think) all his opponents will hang this giant expanding corruption scandal around his neck.

This is on a section of Broadway in the city. Finally evolving and progressing. Dense cities should not cater to cars. This is about other forms of transit - walking, biking, buses, subway.

Obviously the systems are extremely different but other nations have added automatic barrier doors to their old systems so it can be done without totally breaking the bank.

I think this is particularly required on the Manhattan trunk lines where one incident can melt down multiple services.
