Doping exists in all sports, or nearly all. I don’t know why ppl rank so hard on cycling. They should just make it dope as hard as you can Tour.
Sadly, they have to X-ray the bikes nowCBS News: 12 riders used motorized bikes in the 2015 Tour
A "60 Minutes" report into mechanical doping claims a dozen riders had hidden motors in their bikes at the 2015 Tour de France.velo.outsideonline.com
You don't see motors at eight rowing xdSadly, they have to X-ray the bikes now
Too much - 160 bikes I think, complete tear down, inspection and rebuild would take too long and cost too much. X-Rays of top places and random additional rider's bikes is fast and sufficient for targeted and randomized tests (as is done for banned substances with blood and urine tests). It’s always an arms race between WADA and Sports doctors when it come to performance enhancing drugs. Gene doping is rumored to be in progress, which opens a whole other level of concern.I think cycling should institute tear down after race. The racer's own mehanic can so the tear down but it is monitord by officials.
No, that would be a problem of growth hormone and steroids. Possibly EPO, or the like, for longer races. You don't see motors at eight rowing xd
