The one on this picture is actually 100% copper, FYI.Just a barely on topic FYI: there are many reasons why wc wackos may use a MO-RA3 420 or similar over a car radiator.
actuallyYou should start watermarking your charts like MLID does only with "Tech Journalism Is Dead"

"Hey, that's not old tech. It's a new device, in pristine condition. Even the stickers on it still look nice."I've seen far too many people being happy buying old tech out of ignorance.
Nothing infuriates me more than my blissfully ignorant and stubborn IT department NOT buying Ryzens and instead getting old 12th gen Dell PCs at bloated 2024 prices for what should be Ryzen 7000 office PCs, even with frickin' Ryzen 7600 non-X. As long as these people get to be in charge of hardware acquisition, Intel is never going out of business."Hey, that's not old tech. It's a new device, in pristine condition. Even the stickers on it still look nice."
Not if its $100.The one on this picture is actually 100% copper, FYI.

But it's 100% true and legit, and that's my guarantee! I was just on a video call with Lisa this morning!Hope people are ready to be disappointed.
Maybe AMD has knowledge of the capability of Arrow Lake and is aggressively pricing Zen 5 with a 2 or 3 month lead over an Arrow Lake release. A very smart move by AMD if true.Assuming the leaked prices are correct, what could be the reason?
Change of strategy to no longer go for max perf at high price, but instead smaller perf increase but at lower price.
Consumers do not notice the perf difference anyway and are short on $$$ due to inflation (and high value of $$$ in countries outside US).
So we’ll see a price war instead of a perf war?
I hate to say it, but I think $799 or $8999950x will most likely be $599.
$899 would the most expensive mainstream consumer product AMD ever sold, $799 is more than the MSRP for 7950X.I hate to say it, but I think $799 or $899

The 7950X is going for <$500 right now, nobody is going to pay >50% more for a 15% performance increase.
Not going to happen. It would get insane amount of bashing in reviews. It's rather unlikely that it can beat the X3D variants in gaming and average performance uplift isn't that large either.I hate to say it, but I think $799 or $899
Let's not forget what AMD did to their Threadripper lineup with Zen 3. They priced gouged to the point where nobody wanted to buy a Threadripper. Not going to happen. We have seen no leaks that ARL is going to decisively beat Zen 5. In fact, just the opposite. The consensus, except for a few Intel Die Hards, seems to be that at best, ARL will trade blows with Zen 5. Actually, one would think that AMD would price Zen 5 high initially, and then lower prices if necessary when ARL comes out. Especially with the stability problems of 13th and 14th gen high end cpus, Zen 5 should have a stranglehold on the market at least until ARL is available.Maybe AMD has knowledge of the capability of Arrow Lake and is aggressively pricing Zen 5 with a 2 or 3 month lead over an Arrow Lake release. Gaming numbers don't seem to be good
