What you are doing here is saying religious bigotry is good, not that the CAA doesn’t do it. If you think discriminating against Muslims is good then just own it like American white supremacists do.
Muslims are not persecuted in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Do you think anyone supporting affirmative action is racist?
No, affirmative action exists because it alleviated some parts of structural imbalance. There is nothing wrong in identifying special classes of people who have been historically dealt with a rough hand and need a little boost to help them reach the elevation they deserve to be in to make the society or the world a better place and ensure justice.
