I think and it will never happen, when some random bill needs to pass and do it for some trivial random bill which we all know will pass, Biden should order all Republican Representatives be held for “investigation” immediately before the vote happens or hold just enough of them so the vote can happen after the vote release them all. Then literally say “This was going to pass anyways, this is a point and the court allows me to do this”. Then Congress will get serious about reforming the SC ruling.
