Question Old time question: Which website coined the term "golden finger" for AMD Athlon CPUs?

I remember it was a very rudimentary website full of CPU design and architecture information. The website was popular among AnandTechers and was quoted many times in Anantech forum.

This goes back 25 or so years. Just wondering if anyone still remember the website name/address.

Northwind Computers website looks more of a reseller of CPU chips. I remember it was a website that puts out articles on various CPU design and architecture...etc. It was much less about selling products.
