In ongoing Republican pre-election rigging over the last few weeks: Cornel West in particular appearing on ballots as a spoiler
solely due to Republican work.
Republicans who have been funding both Cornel West and Jill Stein to be on all the swing state ballots - including helping gather signatures to put them on the ballot - have been vigorously defending them in court, at no cost to the West or Stein campaigns. And I'm sure Republicans will start running more swing-state ads for them as well.
In battleground states, a network of Republican political operatives and lawyers is trying to shape the November's election in favor of former President Donald Trump.

Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger overruled an administrative law judge to place West and Stein on the ballot.
- North Carolina, Phil Strach, a member of the Republican National Lawyers Association, successfully challenged in court a North Carolina State Board of Elections decision to bar West from the ballot.
- In Pennsylvania, a lawyer with long-standing ties to Republican candidates and causes, unsuccessfully argued in August for West to stay on the ballot.
