The only people who claim to be undecided are Republican voters. I have never in my life met a Democrat who claimed to be "independent" or "undecided". Every person who claims that is lost definitely a conservative and has voted for Republicans consistently. I don't know why they claim that they are independent, but they do. In more local NY news via the Siena/NYT poll Hochul's approval has imploded. Fortunately she is not up this cycle and will be primaried, probably by AG Tish James, if she runs again. Between that and hopefully Adams going to jail soon the state might see some competent leadership in the nearish future.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if a Republican manages to get the governor and mayor office in New Yorker if they're a pro choice Republican.
