If you break into a bank off hours praying doesn’t prevent arrestSomeone I am friends with on Facebook posted a thing about a woman who was "arrested for praying on January 6". Any subsequent reading beyond the headline of this link showed she entered the Capitol with the rest of the insurrectionists. Of course she deserves to be arrested. Not for praying mind you, but for partaking in the insurrection.

Is there such a thing as federal disbarment? (beyond being disbarred from all federal courts) I always thought that was a state thing. There better be proceedings against her for disbarment.

That's the thing...in many MAGA states, I really doubt the state bar would take action.I could be wrong, but I was under the impression any judge may refer a misbehaving lawyer to the bar for disciplinary review. So while technically, I don't believe there is a federal disbarment, if a lawyer was behaving unethically, the judge could send a review to whatever the local state bar was for that lawyer.
Sentenced today to 53 months. Should have been more.Michael Sparks , the first one to enter the Capitol after someone else broke the window, was convicted of all six charges that he faced, including two felonies. Charges were four misdemeanor counts, including trespassing and disorderly conduct, and 2 felony charges of civil disorder and obstruction of an official proceeding. Sentencing Jul 9. The other rioter who was charged with him pled guilty and was already sentenced to 4 years 2 months.

The whole bunch of them, even those with lesser charges should be residing in Guantánamo Bay, pending execution. The whole bunch of them, even those with lesser charges should be permanently barred from voting in Federal elections.
F this guy!Authorities say Randolph knocked over a Capitol police officer, and she hit her head on a set of stairs, knocking her out cold. They say Randolph then continued to assault two other officers by physically pushing, shoving and grabbing them.
While speaking with a pair of undercover agents, authorities say Randolph essentially admitted to his role in the January attack, saying, “I was in it, and it was f-ing fun.”
@trenchfoot You still hear it from some GQP Magats like the snake head himself, Trump. They refer to these criminals as political prisoners. Somehow they justify illegally entering a restricted federal building, and physically assaulting police officers as something they had a right to do.
There are forum members here who will still vote for the orange sack of crap. So any attempt to shame them is wasted. They have their head up Trump's ass, and liking what they smell.
It's so weird that you don't hear any protests coming out of the MAGA mob whenever one of their insurrectionists gets sentenced and jailed for their crimes against The People of America. I guess they know better than to back a losing play and get themselves investigated over it. I wonder what it felt like following the exhilarating release of pent up hate, anger and fear they relieved themselves of that day when they heard that the FBI was coming after them and there was nowhere to run and hide.
So much for that so called patriotic act of visiting the Capitol as enthusiastic tourists. Funny how reality caught up with their illusionary mind-fucked devotion to a convicted felon and adulterer in a really serious real life kind of way. Pretty hilarious when they see themselves on video and getting orgasmic over their show of patriotism only to realize it's being used as evidence to get their stupid asses thrown in the slammer.
How's it feel to be duped into perpetrating crimes for your leader's sake as he skates along avoiding justice with his legion of lawyers while all'a your asses are being incarcerated without any help from him at all. That fucker abandoned your asses, get it? Welcome to the Patriotic Suckers and Losers Club that Trump conned you into. Still feeling the tingles that Trump gave you when he called on you to "stop the steal" as your precious moments of life is being wasted in jail while Trump plays golf at your expense?

They know that when Trump is re-elected and takes office in January, he will release these heroes from their illegal political imprisonment. (or so he has promised)
Myself, I'm disappointed we didn't line Pennsylvania Avenue with gallows and guillotines...and keep them busy.
