A little pre-emptive damage control by getting some potentially embarrassing stories out there early, stories to humanize the person, some light policy, and a generally optimistic tone. I can't recall the last time I borrowed a physical book from the library. Ebooks are too convenient, and Overdrive (now Libby) is the de facto standard for most American public libraries.
This title is pretty new, so there is a long wait list currently. YMMV, how Overdrive charges libraries is problematic but that's a separate topic.

I think you just have to write a book now if you are running for office. It's a means to generate revenue and media attention, nothing else.
