A couple of big storm cells have gone through tonight. The last one dumped quite a bit of hail.
We've definitely moved out of summer here. Looks like it's gonna be a helluva wet weekend here on the coast.

Been in a beautiful stretch of fall weather which is continuing. Next six days are sunny with highs in the sixties and even low seventies. Overnight lows are mid forties to low fifties.

This is a beautiful time in the fall here in the NYC area

Here in southwestern Wisconsin we have a bit of an Indian summer (if I can say that) but still mild after that. We had a frost last week, so yesterday I mowed for the last time and serviced the rider and put it away. Today I will pull all of the garden plants and put everything onto the brush pile for next spring. We have about 4 acres and I mow about 1.2 of that. I have to run an hour today, then later we are meeting friends at a local apple orchard for beers and an apple pie.

Ugh had three days of fall with temps 77-83 where you could open the windows, now we're back into high 80s - low 90s with dewpoints in the mid to high 60s (so still pretty humid) so guess I'm running the damn AC until November. Actually only had two days where the weather was nice with low dewpoints, yesterday's 83F with mid 60s dewpoint was right on the edge of making me want to turn on AC and I did at night again to sleep. Just looked at historical records for San Antonio, Tx and this is far and away the hottest October ever recorded here, it's not even close compared to second place much less compared to historical average.

Mowed some, but with upper 70s, maybe 80s and some rain towards the end of the month, will probably have to mow again.

Nope. I'm still here. Have zero interest in moving. Only reason I would move is if I came into a large amount of cash, I'd still stay in the same hood, just get a place with a backyard or roof deck

Was out at my property to do a bit of work. 3C with a chance of moose. Although it felt much colder, and it was snowing a bit. Oh and saw a moose.

Nice. We have moose in WA, just not here. (at least I don’t think so.)

We’ve been cool and rainy. I think we’ve had a couple of inches of rain this past week…more to come.

This is whatcha' call weird.

It was 82.4 at 16:20 this afternoon and 42.8 at 4:20 this morning. Exactly opposite number order exactly 12 hours apart.
