I'm reading analysis of the Georgia early voting that is saying the highest turnout ratios are in rural Trump counties so far.

I'm more perplexed by how many LGBT folks are for Trump.

What hits me hard is it's not just a few.. for some reason Trump has given them all license to call others out as non American if they don't back MAGA.

I just don't/ didn't know my own community I guess.

A lot of people, straight and LGBT are morons, you have morons who aren't MAGAs and don't even like Trump but they think if he wins shit will magically go back to what it cost in 2016. many people I've dealt with only care about inflation and gas prices and really think shit costs 400% more under Biden and will be the same if Kamala wins. I have no fuckin clue where 400% came from and how so many believe the number. So these chucklefucks fight to get Trump elected. And he wins, and the inflation shockingly doesn't go down and gas isn't $1.95. Then we're stuck with Diaper Don for 4 years with countless idiots who only voted for him for inflation, which they would then realize wasn't something he could do anything about.

It would seem logical that the LGHDTV segment of the population would understand how much they're hated by Don & his cult, I mean they fuckin call Walz Tampon Tim lol. But a lot are very dumb and it would seem the dumb, non MAGAs are probably gonna be what ends up deciding this election. I hate all the people saying if Trump wins Americans will get what we deserve. Those of us with sense can't do anything about the undecided voters but hope and pray they don't pick Trump.

This is very encouraging about Georgia - I simply don't think Republican racist sexist turnout can beat the Dem turnout because now they are voting FOR a candidate rather than not being inspired anymore by Biden's candidacy.

@QueBert it is perplexing indeed who will vote against their own interests, but there is no shortage of knuckleheads.
Look at these forums, there are people who seem to support hamas and I agree it’s a complicated issue however one has to acknowledge hamas started the conflict and if we were in their territory they would likely jail us or throw some of us off a roof.

To say that ignores all of Israel's actions for the past 40 years or more.

Here are some inspiring videos. I do believe that Kamala is motivating the racist and sexist Republican party voters to get out and vote, but I just don't believe they can match the numbers of enthusiastic Democrats and the polls are not catching that - I really hope this is correct!

Organized a postcard writing event to Michigan last night. Got my family involved. Was great. The last one I did was for Pennsylvania which someone else organized. And I have my phone banking link ready to call Michigan and Pennsylvania a few hours each week until the election

But what if the speech of your opposition party IS "hate filled, manipulative, and straight up lying", and they view it all as perfectly normal?
When half a democracy does not consent, there is no longer a democratic process of working together for a greater good. Nor of accepting election results.

This division is fueled and organized through social media. Where once there were localities, grass roots, and individual thoughts. These days it's an incredibly unified national message passed down to each and every person. The sheer volume of this hate filled noise is enough to erase the signal of who we once were as a people. The legacy our founders left us needed to be maintained and passed down to future generations. We dropped the ball. Bigly.

Our institutions were far stronger prior to the internet. They have been supplanted and now our base instincts run wild. In ways that we cannot recover from.
So how did the division and hate, that caused the civil war, for example, start and spread, if social media or the internet are the cause of such division? This country, the world since the beginning of time, is littered with division thru out it's history, long before the internet, or social media was ever thought of. how was that possible, if social media and such is to blame? The only thing that has changed from our past history, is the ability to communicate faster, thru social media and other sources. But being able to communicate faster is not the cause. social media, the internet, the news, etc are not the cause. We are.

You actually highlighted the root cause, which is people viewing/accepting such behaviour as perfectly normal and acceptable. Which is shouldn't be. Part of that is directly related and fueled by what I said about the 1st amendment, and what it protects in todays world. The hate, manipulation, and straight up lying is pretty much protected under the 1st amendment, today, disguised as creative works. Lets look at politics and campaigns. It never use to be acceptable for politicians to continiously attack one another, specially to the extent of what we see today. It never use to be socially acceptable for citizens to act like they do today. But it is all considered acceptable behavior in todays society, that we keep fueling and accepting. Non of if is the fault of social media, the news, or the internet. Blaming such vehicles of information and communication is a copout, only so one can deny the real cause, which is the people, us, we are to blame.. We have allowed us to get to this point thru our actions, or rather inaction. We have chosen to accept our bad behaviors as normal and no longer hold people accountable for such bad behavior. We tend to turn a blind eye, and nobody, not you or me is innocent.

We could get ride of all social media, the news, the interenet and what every else you want to blame, and it wouldn't change a damn thing because we are the problem. Even if non of it was ever invented, we would still be on the same path off social destruction as we are on today. History is proof of that. If we want it to change, we have to change. We have to do better and be better people.

You know it seems kinda unwise to not sleep when you can if you are 78 years old and potentially your physical freedom is on the line if you don't win. Got a whole ass bed on his plane he refuses to use. Not being an exhausted wreck is for cucks I guess.

A comment (the 1st) to this suggesting JD Vance & the 2025ers are apt to be the shadow (or actual, practically or in reality) POTUS if Trump/Vance win:

JD Vance, the shadow presidential candidate. If he wins, will Trump serve out his 2nd term? - Or - How I realized JD Vance with the 2025ers may take the presidency during Trump’s term. I think JD Vance should be considered a shadow 2nd presidential candidate. Someone too unpopular on his own to win a presidential election but instead as someone who would slide into the presidency sometime after the election if Trump wins. I have seen others talk about this so my view not original.
Many Trump supporters are organizations and their leaders who support the “2025” agenda to take control of our country and use various ways to solidify power in minority authoritarian rule. See the Hungary as an example. Extreme white evangelicals, white power, anti-abortion groups and others – the many people/organizations supporting Trump do so to control the government – Trump is just a popular shill to win that control. Disposable after a win – the 2025ers could figure a way to get rid of him without riling Trump’s core supporters. And would Peter Thiel and Elon Musk play some role in all this?
See the NYT article Trump’s Speeches, Increasingly Angry and Rambling, Reignite the Question of Age to refresh yourself about his mental deterioration if needed.
How might Trump be pushed aside once president?
1 - A quiet toppling, maybe even agreeable to Trump, where Vance and the other 2025ers run the shadow government and Trump is the flattered figurehead who just does what he sees as glamorous and plays lots of golf. I’ve heard this idea from a few pundits.
2 – Resign with promise of a Vance pardon for any and all past illegal activities once Vance assumes the presidency. Similar to above, if Trump is primarily running to protect himself legally and scam people out of their money (watches, sneakers, DJT stock), he may not want to do the actual work of president. I expect Trump, Vance and the 2025ers could come up with a face saving way for him to resign. Maybe combined with an effort to get the supreme court and/or the Trump/Vance/2025er justice department to somehow protect him from state charges. Thinking the supreme court might do this would seem outlandish – except for the actual outlandish rulings this year from the supreme court bolstering Trump.
3 – Death by natural causes. At his age and with mental deterioration and infirm health, Vance and the 2025ers could wait to see if he dies of natural causes. Maybe this combined with running the shadow government, a quiet toppling at first with Vance/2025ers hoping for a natural death during his term in office (or if needed figuring some way to aid a “natural death”).
4 – Trump’s senility gets worse every day – the 25th amendment. If he wins the office, Trump may get so bad cognitively that he presents an opening to Vance and the 2025ers to ease him out of office or in the worst case invoke the 25th Amendment Section 4: Declaration by vice president and cabinet members of president's inability. Trump would object so Vance and 2025ers would need to be able to argue it was for his own good – and promise to shield him from legal liability (the pardon power).
5 – Finally, Would the 2025ers dare kill him, quietly and with some way to blame democrats or liberals? Poisoning? I know this veers toward conspiracy thinking – just never thought we would be here in the first place so who knows what the 2025ers are capable of.
There may be other scenarios I haven’t thought of yet. My point is that we should consider the real possibility that if Trump wins the election it will be Vance and the 2025ers that actually rule. Vance and the 2025ers are extremists willing to break democracy to gain and keep power. Instead of Trump’s VP pick being an after thought to your presidential pick, think of Vance as the likely shadow or real president for the 2025-2028 presidential term. And Vance is a 2025er, even writing the intro to Project 2025. Do you want a Vance presidency that likely would be even worse than a Trump presidency? We have to defeat this ticket of 2 presidential candidates.

or perhaps the British et all simply drawing some lines on the ground and taking homes and land, 80 years ago.

Exactly right on both accounts. It seems like Israel has taken MANY pages out of the Nazi playbook on how to control "undesirables" in your area...and area you want to be yours.

I don't support either side in this pissing match. BOTH sides have pushed the issues, bombed and killed the other side, in in general, just been assholes. Kill them all, turn the entire region into nuclear glass...make it a permanently lit parking lot. There will be NO peace as long as either side exists...

A third of Americans agree with Trump that immigrants ‘poison the blood’ of US

Founder of polling firm that conducted survey says: ‘That language is straight out of Mein Kampf … it’s Nazi rhetoric’

A new poll has revealed that more than one-third of Americans agree with Donald Trump’s warning that undocumented immigrants in the US are “poisoning the blood” of America.

A significant 34% of the respondents to the poll, conducted by the Brookings Institution and Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI), agreed with the statement previously made on the election campaign trail by the former US president and Republican party nominee for the White House, Donald Trump.

“One-third of Americans (34%) say that immigrants entering the country illegally today are ‘poisoning the blood of our country’, including six in 10 Republicans (61%), 30% of independents, and only 13% of Democrats,” a summary of the annual poll stated, which surveyed more than 5,000 individuals from 16 August to 4 September.
<snip>
The poll also found nearly one in four Trump supporters, 23%, believe if he loses the election that he should declare the results invalid and do whatever it takes to assume office.

Yep, which is why you brought it up in here, for some fucking reason, right? Generally if you're staying out of an issue you'd STFU and not bring it up, yet here we are.
I assume you are a guy who thinks if he went to Palestine to live they’d be perfectly ok with you living there.
