I have a bad feeling that this CPU could remain OOS for a year!umm, yeah Intel is dead for gaming till mid-late 2026.
Man, this makes we wanna upgrade but I need to hold as I upgraded 4 months ago.
Still a 17.5% uplift. Maybe adroc was talking about the X3D compared to a 7950XAnd our very own @Det0x has a score of 53072 with his absurdly tuned 9950X and RTX 3090 at 1080p
Funny that reviewers don't use this as standard CPU limited benchmark or maybe they don't know?this is super cpu bound in some scenes im at 300fps ~ 300watts gpu with 3.0ghz clock
in other scenes im at 160 fps with 1.3ghz gpu clock but all 8 CPU cores are at 4.6-4.8ghz.
He has always been like that or is this since he's back at Intel ?Kinda fitting, right on cue 🤣
Hey if you have it in your hands......give us more leaks pls!
You are not far off from becoming the AT member of the month!!

Any chance your friend can run Cinebench single thread?
The score is there, right on the screenshotAny chance your friend can run Cinebench single thread?
Woah. That's an impressive score for a 5800X3D! Not that far behind a 7800X3D.Hmm... thinking more about upgrading )

I'll try to run it tonight on my 5800X3d desktop as well. I just happened to get a RTX 4090 (temporarily) to slot in for that.Woah. That's an impressive score for a 5800X3D! Not that far behind a 7800X3D.
DeT0x said:With some further tweaking i also managed to break 51k, but to my surprise, i still seem to be GPU limited even at 1080p lowest settings, on a tuned watercooled 3090
(saw nice scaling with +30mhz GFX core)
Huh? Coining a new term???
Engineers, i mean Engine-seers, at Intel praying to Lord for better manufacturing process as we speak 😂He has always been like that or is this since he's back at Intel ?

something tells me vcache will reap the benefits of zen5

Yeah, I dont know man. The result from this morning looks very bad. 328W for 42286 R23?I have been musing for a while now that Arrow Lake was going to be caught DOA from a gaming standpoint by the pending X3D launch.
Still, this isn't where the majority of CPU's are sold or even where the majority of profit is. The laptop non-thin and light is the biggest market and the data center is the highest profit.
With the release of Turin and Turin Dense, AMD have wrapped up the DC for the next year. I am only looking to see how Arrow Lake fares in the desktop replacement laptop market. They could still have a winner on their hands there as we already have the numbers for Zen 5 there (except for the potential Strix Halo)
