Yup. As I think I've mentioned before when I was in Russia people would not believe that the average American almost never thinks about them because they think about us constantly. They simply couldn't handle the ego hit from the idea that we don't care about them.

The best way to provide insight on the quality of Russian military equipment is to see how many contracts were cancelled by those who have the option to buy western equipment. Btw Russia used to have some of the best scientists and engineers in the world until they decided to kill, imprison or chase them away. And what do they do at the start of the Ukraine war when they discover how far behind their equipment is - they kill, imprison or chase away even more scientists and engineers. Of course they are a failed society run by a paranoid lunatic.
